Weekend Sports Results For 19 - 20 May 2017

Various Girls' College hockey teams travelled to Harare over the past weekend to compete against Lomagundi and Dominican Convent Harare in their first serious hockey competition for the 2nd Term. The Girls' College teams played well, winning 3 of their 6 matches and drawing one. Well done girls!

Girls' College Student Consultation With Varsity College

Girls' College is excited to announce that representatives from Varsity College, South Africa will be available for an information session on Wednesday 17 May 2017. Here to discuss careers and study options at Varsity College in South Africa, this open consultation is for all Form 4 to Upper Six students and their parents.

Girls' College Student Attends Level 3 Gala In South Africa

Girls' College Riana Rollo took part in a Level Three swimming gala in Johannesburg at the end of March 2017.

She won 3 medals, 2 Silver for the 50m Backstroke and 100m Freestyle and a Gold for the 50m Freestyle.

Her quote about the trip was "What inspired me was watching the disability race. The kids are so fast. The one guy had no arms and legs and he broke a national record".

Girls' College Student Consultation With Macpherson Consultants

Girls' College is excited to be hosting Judi Ward and other consultants from Macpherson on Wednesday 29 March 2017. Here to discuss careers and university options, this open consultation is for all Form 4 to Upper Six students and their parents.

Judi Ward and the others plan to hold their sessions in the school library from 8:00am to 4:30pm and students can book their timeslot with Girls' College staff member Mrs O. Sibanda.
